The most common way to fill a vacancy fast and confidentially. Our internal motorsport data base with several hundred selected candidates makes it a bit easier to approach the possible executives, engineers or other functional groups for your company.

Nevertheless, we always use our executive search methods to contact new candidates in the market, independently of the hierarchy of the position. Often we have to come in contact with the requested candidates in the race events when other possibilities do not work.

Developed for more than five years ago for a major german car manufacturer, since then we established several cloud solutions for our customers. It is a secured cloud-platform that allows to track multiple HR-search projects or candidate pools by clients HR teams. This recruitment method is often used, when a project is planning to start in future but you still don’t have the definitive headcount, the organisation structure or even the definitive job descriptions for the vacancies. Within few months we are able to build a pool with candidates from different functional areas with diverging profiles that can be selected for further application procedures.

It arose in year 2008 from a simple question: Who are the worldwide knowledge-leaders for hybrid technology? To answer that, and some other technical important questions, we had to invest lot of resources in the past 8 years and this still ongoing engagement is the basis for our work. Since then we support clients in dealing with their questions for the future. We are their partner and therefore responsible for international market investigations in search for the people or institutes that are working or researching on specific issues.
