Performance Audits can be carried out as a single service or as a combination with other services.

  • identification of company’s objectives and reviewing of all single perspectives of the role that is to be investigated
  • Modelling a clear sphere of competences as a basis for the interviews
  • Half-day interview with each candidate that is considered for the role
  • Optional: 360°-interviews
  • Report of results with statements regarding operational effectiveness, tactical and strategic abilities, leadership skills, abilities to develop the organisation and effectiveness in using existing sources.
