Dritëro Lushta

Dritëro Lushta is founder and Managing Director of Motorsportadvising (MSA). With MSA and CAE he established two executive search brands that are specialized in different industrial areas. Prior to his engagement as entrepreneur he was working for several international consulting companies, where he was responsible for the practices “Automotive”, “Motorsports” “Industrials” and “Pharmaceuticals”. He had the chance to go through different executive positions of a consulting company, starting as Head of Research, then as Office Leader and finally as Senior Partner for a company where he is still active as a shareholder.

Coming from basic research in natural science, he knows how important are validated information and exact research methods, no matter in which area. His diploma work done in the research institute “Forschungszentrum Jülich” in enzymology and the physico-chemical crystallography revealed him the benefits of working in multidisciplinary teams.
