The most common way to fill a vacancy fast and confidentially. Our internal motorsport data base with several hundred selected candidates makes it a bit easier to approach the possible executives, engineers or other functional groups for your company.

Nevertheless, we always use our executive search methods to contact new candidates in the market, independently of the hierarchy of the position. Often we have to come in contact with the requested candidates in the race events when other possibilities do not work.

For clients with frame agreement or multiple projects there is a cloud based area to track the status quo of each assignment.

Each single step in the well-defined search process can be modified by the client. Our goal is to present the first suitable candidates within 10-15 working days after contract placement.

    We can use the predefined job profiles or create a new one based on our experience and on the new needs of the vacancy.
  • Defining the scope of the search combined with a first research in our internal “Knowledge-Tagging” data base
  • Research in our internal candidates´ data base for fast available profiles
  • Depth market research and identification of suitable candidates
  • First approach and telephone interviews through our research department
  • Skype interviews through the project leader with the short-listed candidates
  • Face to face interviews and preparation of the confidential reports
  • Optional: Face to face interviews with possible internal candidates or candidates that approached the companies by themselfes
  • Debriefing with customer departments and predefinition of a first benchmark list
  • Personal interviews between client and candidates
  • Reference check and optional “Performance Audit” with 2-3 final candidates
  • Contract negotiations
  • On boarding and follow up for further 6 months after starting time, including assistance for candidates to find appropriate
